Green School Rooftop programsThe Rooftop projects at various Government schools are executed under the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program utilizing the renewable source of Energy. The RBITC (Rotary Bangalore IT Corridor) took the Initiative to facilitate the CSR funds from Corporate to these projects. The main enthusiasm behind these projects is to have reduced Electricity Bill with the use of provided Computer lab & RO water purifier installed. It helps in avoiding financial stress to the School Management, earlier facing suffocation. The schools are not affected by the Power cut interventions. UV Green Energy Team extended the knowledge of Solar Rooftop Off-Grid System to the Teaching Staff of School and Children as well. SBI- GramojwalaThis project is executed under the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program utilizing the renewable source of Energy. A largest Banking and Financial services company of India, STATE BANK of INDIA (SBI), Bengaluru circle, took the Initiatives of funding to the project. All specified Branch Managers and Village Point of Contacts given out social support and participated in CSR Sustainable energy Street light with Lithium-Ion battery technology Implementation Program to the various Identified location to support quality of life at various adopted villages across Karnataka.
TESCO- Hasiru DeepaThe 3rd largest Retailer Company in the world TESCO took the Initiatives in funding this project. CSR is at the heart of TESCO’s operations and this commitment is referred as ‘TESCO in Society’. The value line tagged to the TESCO’s name is –‘Every little help makes a big difference’. With this kind of vision TESCO initiated Environmental friendly CSR activities in a unique way of reducing Carbon Footprints to save the Mother Nature.
Alternative17- Green Community ConnectIt was an awareness & Campaign Program with Green Seminars, Product Exhibitions, Environmental Music, Nature Art and Panel Discussions executed on 2nd June 2017 at New Horizon College of Engineering on the occasion of World Environment Day.
TESCO- Green School ProgramFor the Financial Year 2017-2018, TESCO took the Initiatives of making Schools Greener by the way of installing Solar Rooftop for 5 schools in the Whitefield region. This will help School to use Natural source to power up their Electrical loads and reduce the carbon footprint. With this, TESCO is helping School Administration with less burden of paying Electricity bills and continuous power for the Education.
